Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), under the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, has launched Mein Digital – an innovative digital skills training program for educated rural women. This program aims to equip women with essential IT and e-commerce skills, enabling them to work from home, start online businesses, and achieve financial independence.
The initiative provides free digital training, free laptops, six months of free internet, and a monthly stipend to selected candidates. If you’re a woman from Punjab with a minimum of 16 years of education, this program is your gateway to the digital world.

All selected participants will receive a free desktop computer (worth PKR 150,000) along with six months of free internet to support their learning and work.

How to Enroll?
The selection process involves six simple steps:
Step 1: Online Assessment Test
Applicants will undergo a basic online test to assess their aptitude and readiness.
Step 2: Merit-Based Selection
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their test performance.
Step 3: Free Laptop & Internet Access
Selected women will receive a free desktop and internet package to begin learning.
Step 4: Instructor-Led Online Classes
A structured six-month training program with 480 hours of learning will be conducted online.
Step 5: Online Evaluation & Certification
Participants must pass online assessments to qualify for the final certification.
Step 6: Mentorship & Career Support
After completing the program, women will receive mentorship and guidance to help them start freelancing, e-commerce businesses, or remote jobs.
Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply?
- Residency: Only women from Punjab can apply.
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years (90 percent of seats), above 35 years (10 percent of seats).
- Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree required).
Note: The free laptop and internet will remain the property of PSDF until successful completion of the program.
Program Policies & Terms
- Participants must maintain at least 80 percent attendance to continue receiving the stipend.
- Monthly stipend policy:
- PKR 5,000 per month for those scoring 50 percent or above in tests.
- PKR 2,500 per month for those scoring below 50 percent but meeting attendance criteria.
- No stipend for those with attendance below 80 percent.
- Equipment must be used responsibly and returned if the program is not completed.
- Completion of all training modules and practical assignments is mandatory.
