Who Is Eligible?

To qualify for the scheme, applicants must:

  • Be a Punjab resident with valid CNIC
  • Have a mobile SIM registered in their name
  • Own 5 to 10 male calves (buffalo or cattle)
  • Be registered in the SPMS-9211 / livestock database
  • Have no prior loan defaults or negative credit history
  • Pass NADRA and credit screenings (CIB, AML checks)

How to Apply CM Punjab Livestock Card?

  1. Send an SMS: PLC <space> CNIC to 8070
  2. You may also register offline at veterinary hospitals, tehsil centers, or through mobile vet units
  3. Approved applicants will receive a Livestock Card and can start making purchases from registered feed dealers (Bank of Punjab-linked outlets)
