Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Honhaar Scholarship Program 2025, applicants must fulfill the following conditions:
General Eligibility:
- Must have a domicile from any district of Punjab.

- Must be enrolled in selected disciplines in public sector universities or colleges.
- Must be in 3rd to 8th semester (undergraduate) or 2nd to 5th year (MBBS/BDS) in public sector institutions.
Minimum Academic Requirements:
- Public Sector Universities/Colleges:
- Sciences: Minimum 70% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Arts: Minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Public Sector Medical & Dental Colleges:
- Minimum 60% marks in annual exams.
The selection is merit-based as per HEC policy guidelines for the uniform semester system in Pakistan’s higher education institutions (HEIs).
Scholarship Coverage
Selected students will receive 100% tuition fee coverage under the Honhaar Scholarship Program 2025.
